Cyber Trust Austria Platinum Label

You register on a secure collaboration platform provided by Cyber Trust (operated in Germany).

You complete a document there with all the relevant questions regarding the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2690.

An expert validates the answers to the questions in terms of completeness, consistency and plausibility. If anything is unclear, further questions will be asked.

The validator can request individual pieces of evidence on a selective basis, and these can be uploaded via the secure collaboration platform.

Based on all answers and proofs, the validator decides for each question whether it is to be considered fulfilled according to the requirements of the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2690 or not.

A degree of fulfilment is calculated based on these assessments. If this reaches or exceeds 85%, the qualification for a Platinum Label is fulfilled.

Each of your entries is appropriately valued by the validator. If there are any deviations, these are fully explained by the validator and appropriate recommendations for action are provided.

The comprehensive final report is provided as a Microsoft Word document (for further processing next year) and as a signed PDF document (as an unchangeable document for submission to the NIS authority).

If you have met the requirements (≥ 85% level of fulfilment), we will immediately issue you the Cyber Trust Platinum Label.

Furthermore, you will be entered in the Cyber Trust Label Database as a global proof of the validity of your label.
